| 摘 要： | 论述了ＺＬＲＪ－Ｉ型智能流量热量积算仪的设计与现行的流量热量仪表之间的差异。介绍了该仪器原理、特点,及其利用微机技术、弯管流量计技术、ＡＤ５９０温度测量装置,解决了供热管网系统中流量节流装置测量准确度低、阻力损失大、大管径一次元件加工精度难以保证、安装不方便等四大难题。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the differences between"ZLRJ-I model intelligent flow and heat integrator"and other kinds of similar instrument are disscused.Further more,the principle charecteristics of this integrator are introduced.By using the technology of the micro-computer,elbow flowmeter and AD590 sensor for measuring temperature,ZLRJ -I model integrator solves the four difficult problems with satisfaction,which accompany with other flowmeters that use restrictor as its end instrument which now is widely used in the pipe network for heat supply in cities,such as its poor accuracy,larger loss of pressure, difficulty to machine for the accurate restrictive plate,and inconvenience for mounting. |
