| 摘 要： | 对醋酸甲酯水解的催化精馏工艺和传统的固定床工艺进行比较 ,结果表明 ,采用催化精馏工艺 ,回收车间能耗比固定床工艺节省 2 7.8% ,TQ50 2和TQ50 5两塔的处理量增加一倍 .

| Abstract: | The catalytic distillation process for the hydrolysis of methyl acetate was compared with the traditional fixed-bed process. It was demonstrated that the heat consumption of the former is 27.8% less than the latter, and the burden of the distillation columns TQ502 and TQ505 was about half reduced. |
