| Abstract: | The control of the construction cost, which is a system engineerin g, penetrates all links including the determination of the scheme, the selection o f the ranks, the drawing up and approving of the budget and final accounts, the providing of the materials and equipment, the conclusion of contract, and the co nstruction management of the engineering project, etc., and expounds the methods and paths for controlling buildings' construction cost from six aspects. |
