基于在机测量的复杂曲面侧铣加工误差补偿研究

摘    要:叶片类薄壁零件的加工误差测量与补偿,一直以来都是其精密加工的关键和难点。为了提高复杂曲面零件的加工效率与加工精度,采用基于在机测量的复杂曲面侧铣加工误差补偿方法。在复杂曲面零件侧铣加工后,测量并分析实际测点与设计曲面采样点间的误差。通过调整加工刀位实现复杂曲面侧铣加工的误差补偿。以一个叶片的侧铣加工与误差测量为实例,经侧铣加工、在线检测、误差分析、侧铣加工刀位调整、再加工测量等环节,通过实例零件的加工误差在机检测与调整刀位后的误差实验结果的比较,实例零件的加工精度有较大提高,验证了上述方法的有效性。

Abstract:Machining error measurement and compensation of thin-walled parts such as vane is always the key and difficult point of precision machining. In order to improve the machining efficiency and accuracy of complex curved surface, adopting the machining error compensation for flank milling complex surface based on on-machine measurement. After flank milling complex surface part, measuring and analyzing the error between measured points and designed surface sampling points, through adjusting the tool path to realize the real error compensation of flank milling complex curved surface. Take flank milling and measuring a blade as an example, after flank milling machining, on-machine measurement, error analysis, flank milling tool path adjusting, re-machining and re-detect, compare the experimental result of machining errors and the result after adjusting the tool position, the machining accuracy of the instance part has been greatly improved, that proves the validity of the method.
