马尔柯夫链模型在师资队伍结构分析与决策中的应用

本文介绍运用马尔柯夫链模型对现有师资队伍进行科学预测，只要给出师资队伍的年龄统计数据和发展规划，运用三个控制模型进行模拟运算，即可求得形成合理师资队伍年龄结构的最佳方案，确定科学的流动率等参数．能够使我们对师资队伍年龄结构的动态变化及其现实的可能性有更深刻的认识，其结果比仅根据规模任务求得的静态需求要更加切合实际一些，同时可将通过预测，求得比较符合实际的补充率，为领导决策提供参考．

APPLICATION OF MARKOV CHAIN MODEL TOANALYZING AND MAKING A STRATEGIC DECISIONFOR STRUCTURE OF ALL TEACHERS AGE

in this paper we use Markov chain model to make a scientific prediction to allteachers at present. As ion f as giving out statistical data of all teachers age and development plan,and using three controlling models to do analog computation,we can obtain theoptimal scheme for forming the suitable structure of all teachers age and can determine thescientific ratio for transferring some teachers to university or another places as well as other parameters. These can help us to acquire a more deep understanding for dynamicalchange of structure of all teachers age and real cases. The results obtained are more closeto fact than static requrements that we can get according to the scale of university andtask. By making prediction, we can obtain a supplement ratio that is more close to factand can provide these results to leaders for "laking a strategic decision.
