大型交换机话务员座席群管理系统设计

摘    要:基于某种大型程控交换机话务员座席的座席群管理系统的工作原理,通过对座席群管理与维护功能的详细分析,给出了具体的管理模式及其实现方案.即,在规定了座席台工作模式和话务员工作程序的基础上,设计出座席接续记录和话务员工作记录两个主要动态数据的数据内容,进而描述了座席群各种管理与维护功能的实现方式.这种通过有效定义动态数据用以换取程序逻辑简化的设计思想适合于同类系统的设计.

Abstract:On the basis of the practical principle of the Operator Seat Group Management Subsystem (OSGS) for some large SPC Exchange, the OSGS management mode and realization method are given by analyzing its manage maintenance function. That is, by defining operator seat work mode and operator work flow, the operator seat junction data and operator work record data are designed, and the realization of various management and maintenance functions is described. The idea of defined dynamic data structure for program design simplification is suitable for similar system design.
