| 摘 要： | 分析了造成数控机床运动误差的主要来源,给出了各主要误差来源对应的特征曲线.提出了一种可用于综合误差诊断的数学方法,并通过大量的仿真研究证明:运用该算法诊断综合误差来源结果正确,方法有效可行.

| Abstract: | The main origins of motion error of NC machine tools are described. Their corresponding characteristic patterns are given. A mathematical approach to generalize the error diagnoses are put forward, and it is verified through a great deal of simulative research that this approach is feasible and valid for diagnosing the origins of the generalized error measured, and the result is correct. |
