我国民营物流企业竞争策略分析

摘    要:文章从民营物流企业的综合竞争力及发展速度方面概述了民营物流企业的现状.通过分析民营物流企业所处的市场竞争环境,以及现阶段市场对物流需求的多样性的要求,指出民营物流企业应着重从市场定位、品牌建设、组建物流联盟,建立完善的人才机制等四个方面确定竞争策略,从而求得稳定发展、有效提升其竞争力.

Abstract:The paper summarizes the present conditions of the private logistics enterprise in two aspects: the present comprehensive competitiveness and the speed of its development.It analyses the competitive environment of the logistics enterprise and the customer's multidirectional demands.At the present,there are four aspects of strategy for the private logistics enterprise to seek steady development and effectively enhance their competitiveness,such as marketing positioning,brand constructing,organizing logistics alliance and establishing perfect systems of talented persons,etc.
