| 摘 要： | 以张家口地区某风电场的年出力数据为基础,重点分析了风电场年、月、日出力特性,并以概率出力作为分析指标,深入分析了尖峰电量与风电出力的关系;并对电力平衡及调峰平衡时如何考虑计入风电场进行了探讨。通过风电场出力特性研究,可为电力系统规划、电网调度运行提供重要的参考依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the annual output data of a wind farm at Zhangjiakou area,it analyses the output characteristic of the wind farm in a period of one year,one month and one day,and regards the output probabilities as analysis index,in order to analyse the relationship between peak power and the wind power output,then discusses the measure of power balance and peak regulation balance after the wind farm connects to the power grid.The study of the wind power output characteristic will provide the basis and the reference for dispatching operation and power system planning. |
