马齿苋与大花马齿苋种皮形态的比较

利用扫描电子显微镜对马齿苋和大花马齿苋的种皮形态进行了比较研究。结果显示,马齿苋和大花马齿苋的种皮表面结构具有一定差异。马齿苋和大花马齿苋的种子形态近似肾形,但大小不等;脐膜呈突起的蝶翅状,马齿苋的脐膜面积稍大些;两者种皮表面都有以同心圆状排列的突起,只是马齿苋种皮表面的突起呈细微的颗粒状,而大花马齿苋种皮表面的突起呈稍大些的瘤状;两者种子表皮细胞之间结合牢固,表皮细胞表面均具有许多小突起,只是大花马齿苋种子表皮细胞表面的小突起更多、更密。

Comparison of Micro-morphology of Seed Coat between Purslane(Portulaca oleracea Linn.)and Bigflower Purslane(Portulaca grandiflora Hook.)

The micro-morphology of seed coat of purslane（Portulaca oleracea Linn.） and bigflower purslane（Portulaca grandiflora Hook.） was studied by scanning electron microscope（SEM）,and the result showed that they had almost similar features with tiny differences.Both of them had the near kidney-shape seed form with different size.Both of them possessed the butterfly-shape protuberance while the area in purslane was larger than that in bigflower purslane.The seed surface of the two purslanes owned tuber with concentric array and their coat cells combined closely.On the other hand,there were some tiny tubers with tiny particle in purslane while there were plenty of dense tubers with larger tumor in bigflower purslane.
