| 摘 要： | 针对当前电子病历系统存在的问题，详细阐述了一个多媒体专科电子病历网络管理系统的结构、组成、功能和技术路线的设计，并讨论了关键技术的实现及结果。系统经运行表明，实现了多媒体病历数据的管理和共享，系统安全达到C2级。该系统的创新之处在于采用了DICOM 3．0，HL7等国际医学标准，具有通用性。

| Abstract: | Focusing on the lack of electronic patient records information system (EPRS) at present, a special multimedia EPRS are discussed in detail, including its architecture, components, function and design method; some primary solutions are also presented in this paper. It is concluded that the EPRS implements storage strategy of multimedia data and data share, and that its safety level is C2, when it ran at clinic. The innovation in the EPRS lies in application of two international medicine standard: DICOM3.0 and HL7, and its general-utility. |
