摘    要:针对强杂波环境提出了一种新的从SAR图像中检测动目标的方法。在搜索动目标的二次相位时,对称减去和加上同一二次相位误差修正值,在时域得到两幅图像。这两幅图像中,静止杂波的锐度处处相等。计算这两幅图像各区域的锐度比对数,可在强背景杂波环境下敏锐地检测到动目标。这种方法不但可检测有切向速度或径向加速度的动目标,而且还可检测到强反射径向慢速动目标。实测数据表明本算法有效。

Abstract:A new and powerful method for detecting moving targets in a synthetic aperture radar(SAR) image is presented. The data in the SAR image is corrected by subtracting the quadratic phase error, and by adding the same quadratic phase error for comparing, both results are transformed to time domain, then we get two comparing images, where the fixed background clutter have same sharpness, the moving targets have different sharpness. Comparing of the same region sharpness of the two images is expected to have superior moving target detection performance. This method can be used to detect tangent velocity or radical accelerations moving targets and to detect radical low moving target with strong reflection. The experiment data prove the proposed method is valid.
