| 摘 要： | 基于报社人事管理的特点，开发一套系统安全、设置灵活、支持多重逻辑查询和开放的人事信息系统。实践证明，使用JAVA语言组装的各模块程序运行正常。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of the HR（Human Resource）management of newspaper group, an HR information system is developed, which is safe and open-ended with flexible setup and multi-logic search. It is proved that all the module procedures assembled with JAVA language run smoothly. |
