天麻及其伪品的红外光谱鉴别

摘    要:文章采用傅立叶变换红外光谱法对天麻及其伪品之一的马铃薯作了光谱研究。结果表明,天麻的红外光谱和马铃薯的红外光谱有明显差异。红外光谱能够将家种天麻和野生天麻,以及野生冬天麻和野生春天麻区分开来。

Abstract:In this paper, the vibrational spectra of Gastrodia elata Blume and one of it's fakes were studied by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The results show that Gastrodia elata Blume and one of its confusable varieties -potatoes have characteristic infrared spectrum respectively, and the remarkable differences are in the region between 1240 and 1500 cm~(-1), by which Gastrodia elata Blume can be identified from its confusable varieties. Wild growing and cultivated Gastrodia elata Blume can be discriminated by FTIR according to the differences of their spectra peaks and absorbance ratios. FTIR is proved to be a rapid and non-destructive method in identification of Gastrodia elata Blume.
