独特型网络AB模型免疫耐受的研究

摘    要:从理论上研究了独特型网络调节导致的获得性免疫耐受,Neumann和Weisbuch曾利用将B细胞和所分泌的抗体简单地当作一个克隆变量的模型来研究,发现是否存在耐受取决于独立型网络调节的拓扑结构,本文应用将儿抗体作为2个组分的AB研究这个问题,得出耐受对于网络的拓扑结构并不敏感的结果,采用ABV模型研究耐受比Neumann和Weisbuch所作的更为合理。

Abstract:The aquired immune tolerance due to idiotypic network is studnd thcondically.NeUmarm and Weisbuch have studied such problem using a model in which both B Cells andthe SeCretal anhbodies were stwly considetal as a done variable. They found that whether thetolerance exists is dependent of the topology of the idiotypic nework. This paper studAs theprobbo using a AB model in which a certain type of B Cells and the seCretal antibodisare sePeratey considered as two components. We found that the existence of tolerance isunsensitive to the topology of the idiogpic network. Adopting AB model to study tolerance ismore rcasonable than that Neumann and Weisbuch have done.
