| 摘 要： | 21世纪是一个环保世纪,环境问题是新时期城市发展的首要问题,城市交通发展必须遵循这一原则,把发展无污染的"绿色交通"作为基本政策和目标.选择正确的城市交通发展模式成为支撑城市可持续发展的必要条件;文章解析了城市绿色交通的涵义及其与可持续发展的关系,并以马鞍山市为例,对马鞍山市交通现状进行了分析,从宏观上论述了实现城市的绿色交通,必须制定完善的政策保障策略和交通方式策略.

| Abstract: | The 21st century is an environment protection century and environmental issues top all the problems of city development in the new era,so city transportation development must stick to the principle of environment protection,and regard developing pollution-free 'green transportation' as its basic policy and goal. The selection of a proper pattern for urban transportation development is necessary for supporting sustainable urban development. In this paper, the meaning of urban green traffic and its relationship with sustainable development are discussed. Then the traffic situation of Maanshan City is analyzed and some suggestions are put forward from a macroscopic point of view. It is considered that well-developed policy-ensuring strategies and transportation mode strategies are needed in order to achieve urban green transportation. |
