改性活性炭吸附脱除RFCC柴油中碱性氮化物的工艺研究

摘    要:用改性活性炭吸附脱除RFCC柴油中的碱性氮化物。考察了改性酸的浓度、吸附剂的投加量、吸附时间、吸附温度对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:室温下,最佳改性酸浓度为70%,100mL RFCC柴油中吸附剂的最佳投入量为0.5g,最佳吸附时间为20min,在此条件下,RFCC柴油中的碱性氮化物脱除率为97.25%,油品收率大于98%,透光率从4.2%提高到34.1%,颜色由橙红色转为淡黄色。

Abstract:A process for removing basic nitrogen compounds(BNC) from RFCC diesel oil was studied by adsorption using modified activated carbon.Factors that can affect the adsorption such as concentration of acid modified,amount of sorbent,adsorption time and adsorption temperature were studied in this paper.The results show that: in room temperature,the optimal concentration of acid modified is 70%,the optimal amount of sorbent delivered into 100 mL RFCC diesel oil is 0.5 gram,the optimal adsorption time is 20 minutes;in this condition,the ratio of BNC removed in RFCC oil is 97.25%,the recovery of oil is more than 98%,the transmittance is increased from 4.2% to 34.1%,and the color of RFCC diesel oil is changed from salmon pink to straw yellow.
