| 摘 要： | 考虑最终产品具有网络外部性,建立了网络外部性环境下,基于溢出效应的供应链纵向合作研发博弈模型,研究了供应链上下游企业在3种合作研发模式下的研发策略,分析了网络外部性、溢出效应及合作模式对企业研发策略的影响,并提出了促进供应链完全合作的利润分配机制.研究表明:企业偏好于生产高网络外部性的产品,企业应提高研发溢出效应,应尽可能选择完全合作模式进行生产和研发合作,并采用按研发投入比例分配利润增量,从而提高企业利润,消费者剩余和社会福利.
