基于比例减压阀控制的液压架空乘人装置特性研究

摘    要:提出采用比例减压阀作为液压架空乘人装置液压系统调速单元.建立组成闭式调速系统元器件的高阶非线性数学模型及系统整体模型.针对液压架空乘人装置运行环境,在simu link环境下进行动态仿真分析.仿真结果为液压架空乘人装置液压系统设计提供了理论参考.

Abstract:The idea of taking proportional pressure-reducing valve as the speed control device of Hydraulic-Colliery Cableway was put forward.The higher order nonlinear mathematical model of components of closed driving system were builded,and also the system's whole model.Due to the special circumstances in colliery,the whole model was simulated by the tool of simulink.The simulation study can be regarded as the theoretical basis of the design of Colliery-cableway's hydraulic system.
