摘    要:电动助力转向系统(EPS)与汽车性能的协调是其装车时考虑的首要因素之一。应用多体动力学软件ADAMS建立电动助力转向及汽车动力学模型,提出兼顾转向轻便性和汽车侧向行驶稳定性的目标函数。基于粒子群优化算法(PSO)对EPS系统参数进行优化,得到最优解。最后,进行仿真分析和实车试验。结果表明,EPS参数全局优化后,转向盘操纵力矩峰值降低32.2%,侧向加速度峰值降低29.1%,最大超调量降低41.5%,汽车转向轻便性和侧向行驶稳定性均得到明显改善。
