ZL法煤气脱硫实验研究

摘    要:在自制煤气脱硫实验系统上,采用ZL作为脱硫催化剂,考查了脱硫液的ZL催化剂浓度、pH值及液气比等工艺参数对ZL催化剂脱硫效率的影响,确定了ZL法煤气脱硫较佳工艺参数.结果表明:实验条件下ZL法脱硫效果较好,当空塔气速为0.15 m/s,ZL催化剂的浓度为0.020 g/L,脱硫液的pH值为8.8,液气比为16 L/m3时,脱硫效率较高,可达94.7%.

Abstract:According to own-made gas desulphurization experiment and using ZL as desulphurization catalyst,the effect was researched that of technology parameters which contain ZL catalyst concentration of desulphurization fluid,pH value and liquid gas ratio to desulphurization efficiency of ZL catalyst,and a better technology parameters was detarmined.The result shows that ZL desulphurization effect is better: when the superficial velocity is 0.5 m/s the ZL concentration of the catalyst is 0.020 g/L,the pH value is 8...
