| 摘 要： | 从成本控制、系统需求、系统结构等方面,分析了高质量车轮轮箍产品在下料环节、生产调度环节以及制造过程中的优化问题,建立了多型材变截面多品种组合下料优化与决策模型及其求解方法、工序不完全一致的多品种流水线作业生产调度优化与决策模型及其求解方法、以及具有序依赖机器设置时间的生产调度优化与决策模型及其求解方法,并在此基础上构建了敏捷型生产过程优化和制造执行系统的体系结构.
