| 摘 要： | 技术创新是一种复杂的社会技术经济现象。在技术创新的研究和实践中引入创新体系的概念，是因为当今世界上各类技术创新知识越来越多地表现出广泛的联系和系统性。该文在调查研究的基础上，针对江门市的具体情况，提出了江门市技术创新体系的建立与完善政策建议。

The concept of innovation system is introduced in the research and practice of techndogical innovation. That is because an extensive connection and system is more and more demonstrated in the various techno logical innovation activities of the world today. According to the investigation and the research, the policy suggestions are made in this paper on building and perfecting the system of technological innovation for Jiangmen City. |
