Appraisal of the innovation ability of Wuhan's performing the sustainable development strategy

Innovation ability is the key factor for Wuhan's performing the sustainable development strategy. This paper analyses the human capital including the natural quality and mental quality, the policy making and administrative ability of the government and the enterprises as well as the innovation ability including the science and technology, education and culture. It also proposes some ideas on how to improve the innovation ability.
