摘    要:利用两面针试管苗及其野生苗,研究其过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)和电导率(EC)的变化.实验结果表明:两面针试管苗的过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性都比野生两面针苗的强,电导率大于野生苗,从生理生化角度阐明培养环境对两面针试管苗影响.

Abstract:This paper studied on the change of peroxidase(POD) catalase(CAT) and electric conductivity(EC) by using Zanth oxylum tube plantlet and wild seeding. The result showed that Zanth oxylum in vitro activities was higher than wild seeding in PODCAT, but the EC was lower. This study describes the effect that cultivation Circumstances on Zanth oxylum in vitro from the angle of physiological-biochemical.
