外来人口与城市系统的协同作用——以西安市为例

外来人口流入是伴随城市系统变化的一个涨落过程，本文分析了外来人口与城市系统的协同作用，结合西安市外来人口集聚区的实例，探讨外来人口对城市发展的积极作用、多种地域文化的融合，以及对城市运行的消极影响，指出城市规划与建设应考虑的外来人口的因素。

Study of the coordination action between the urban system and the flow of population from outside ——Xi’an city as an example

The flow of the population from outside of cities is a swell and fall process with the change of urban system. This paper analyzes the coordination action between the population from outside of the cities and urban system.Taking Xi'an city's agglomeration area of population from outside of the city as an example ,the author discusses the positive function of the urban development caused by the flow of the population from outside of the cities, the mixing together of multi-regional cultures and the negative influence on the urban work .The author points out that in urban planning and construction , factors of population from the outside of cities should be considered.
