| 摘 要： | 针对冷库控制参数多、管理复杂,目前我国绝大多数冷库还处在采用传统模拟控制器分散控制和人工管理的落后状态的情况,研究和设计了基于MCGS工控组态软件和RS-485总线网络的冷库集散控制系统.该系统克服了冷库采用传统分散控制方式操作管理不方便,控制性能、质量差,能耗大,效率低的缺点,不但能有效地提高冷库的控制性能质量和安全性、可靠性,而且还能节能降耗、提高冷库运行的经济效益.

| Abstract: | The control of a cold stock has many parameters and the system is complicated.Most of the cold stock in China is on the stage of traditional manhandled analog controller system.The thesis provides a research and design of MCGS control engineering configuration software and RS-485 BUS network based cold stock distributed control system.The system is immune of such disadvantages in traditional cold stocks as inconvenience,poor control,low quality,high energy consumption,and inefficiency.It improves the refrigeration control function,safety and reliability of the system and brings the system to energy economy and working economy. |
