| 摘 要： | 作为系统生物学的重要组成部分,代谢组学在中药毒性或安全性评价方面表现出很大的应用潜力。本文综述了代谢组学在中药毒性作用的靶器官、中毒剂量、作用机制、生物标志物以及毒性物质基础等研究领域的作用。尽管尚处于发展阶段,但是代谢组学为中药毒性或安全性评价提供了新的思路和研究方法,可作为中药安全性评价的有力补充。

| Abstract: | Metabonomics,an important part of system biology,shows great potential in toxicity or security assessment of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）.This paper surveys the applications of metabonomics in toxicity impacted target organ,toxicity dosage,action mechanism,biological markers and toxicity substances of TCM.Although metabonomics is still in its developmental stage,it provides new ideas and methods for TCM toxicity or security assessment and a powerful supplement to TCM security assessment. |
