摘    要:采用现场实测、FLAC3D数值模拟及理论计算的综合研究方法,对综放采场沿空掘巷的合理布置进行了深入研究。通过对机巷下侧煤体沿倾向应力测试,获得煤体沿倾向应力变化规律;同时采用FLAC3D数值软件分析了不同煤柱宽度(3,5,7,10,15和20m)的应力场、位移场及破坏场特征,获得不同煤柱宽度时巷道力学特征;在现场实测及数值模拟成果基础上,通过计算,得出了区段煤柱的合理尺寸。工程实践表明,该方法确定的煤柱尺寸科学、可靠,为综放回采巷道的合理布置及护巷煤柱参数的合理确定提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Numerical simulation,in-situ measurement and theoretical calculation are carried out to analyze reasonable layout of gob-side entry driving in fully mechanized top-coal caving face(FMTC face).The rules of face sideward coal mass' stress along the inclination are put forward by metering the stress rules after coal extraction.At the same time,mechanical characteristics of different wide coal pillars are obtained by analyzing stress field,displacement field and fractured field characteristics of different wide coal pillars,3,5,7,10,15and 20m,respectively,using numerical simulation of FLAC3D.Reasonable width of district sublevel coal pillar is determined by calculation based on the results of in-situ measurement and numerical simulation.The engineering practices have proved that the width of coal pillar is scientific and reliable.It provides a scientific basis for reasonable layout of gates and determining parameters of the coal pillar in FMTC face.
