摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同生长周期罗汉果叶中黄酮苷元槲皮素、山奈酚以及总黄酮的含量,并分析其变化规律。结果表明:槲皮素含量在5月份前为0,6月份出现槲皮素,而后逐渐提高,12月份达到最大值0.69%;山奈酚含量在5~7月份内增长较快,到7月份后趋于平缓,10月份达到最大值(1.02%);总黄酮含量从5月份开始增长较快,在6月份达到1.74%,6~11月份缓慢增长至2.22%,12月份达最大值(2.78%),次年1月份急剧下降至0.34%。

Abstract:The content of total flavone in Siraitia grosvenorii leaves with different growth periods was determined by HPLC,and the law of the variation in the contents of quercetin,kaempferol and flavone glycoside was analysed.The result shows that the content of quercetin is zero before May,increases gradually after May and reaches the highest of 0.69% in December;The content of kaempferol increases rapidly from May to July and is stable after July,reaches the highest of 1.02% in October,then declines gradually along with the increases of quercetin's content;the content of total flavone increases rapidly in May,reaches 1.74%,then increases to 2.22% slowly from June to December,reaches the highest of 2.78% in December,then declined rapidly to 0.34% in the next January.
