钙对热激诱导黄瓜幼苗抗冷性的影响

摘    要:用CaCl2和钙的螯合剂ZGTA浸种,研究了热激诱导黄瓜幼苗抗冷性过程中的钙效应.结果表明:热激处理能够提高冷胁迫条件下黄瓜幼苗的主要抗氧化酶SOD,POD和CAT活性,降低膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛的含量和质膜透性,因而增强了黄瓜幼苗的抗冷性;钙处理可增强热激诱导这一效应,但由钙的螯合剂EGTA处理的效果则相反,这说明钙参与了热激诱导黄瓜幼苗抗冷性的调控.

Abstract:The cucumber seeds were soaked with CaCl2 solution and EGTA(Ca2 chelator),the effect of calcium on heat-shock induced chilling resistance in cucumber seedlings was studied.The results showed that heat-shock pretreatment could enhance the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT),and reduce the content of malon-diadehyde (product of membrane lipid peroxidation) and cytomembrane permeability in cucumber seedlings during chilling stress.Therefore heat-shock pretreatment could improve the chilling resistance of cucumber seedlings.Ca2 treatment could increase the heat-shock-induced effect,but the EGTA(Ca2 chelator) treatment had opposite effect.From the facts above,it is obvious that Ca2 is involved in the heat-shock-induced chilling resistance of the cucumber seedlings.
