| Abstract: | This paper studies methods of temperature examining and measuring that are usually apply on normal electric products with CPU. It particularly discusses three methods: a A/D method, a vibration method and a charge discharge method. To these methods, it provides an actual solution to them, and analyzes the advantages or disadvantages of them. |
