摘    要:同一水体不同水深以及同一水体不同时间培养的生物膜对铅、镉吸附的实验结果表明,生物膜上主要化学组分与相应水环境中的化学物质之间存在着显著的相关性,生物膜吸附铅、镉主要是由膜上铁氧化物、锰氧化物控制的,即生物膜的生长环境对生物膜吸附重金属的能力起到了制约的作用.

Abstract:Pb and Cd adsorption of the natural surface coating developed in the different depths of the same water for different periods were investigated.The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the main components of the surface coating and those in the natural water,and the maximum adsorption of Pb and Cd of the surface coating was in direct proportion to the contents of Mn oxides and Fe oxides on the surface coating.In other words,the growth environment of the natural surface coating played an important role in its adsorption of Pb and Cd.
