| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种用国产器件研制的采用介质谱振器稳频,具有高稳定、低噪声的10.7 GHz GaAs-FET振荡器。阐述了振荡电路的设计方法:分析了介量谐振器稳频和降低噪声原理。并给出了性能测试结果。

| Abstract: | the paper describes a high stability lownoise GaAS-FET Oscillator witth a dieletric resonator in the 10.7GH2. It is made of native component. the designing method of circuit is described; The principle to stabilize the ferquency with a dielectric resonator is discussed and the results of performance test are given. |
