小儿麻痹症后遗仰趾足畸形外科治疗的改进(英文)

对麻痹性仰趾足畸形的治疗一般认为困难,且疗效不理想,笔者总结了1397例小儿麻痹症后遗肢体畸形中的73例仰趾足畸形的治疗经验,列出了仰趾足畸形的骨关节改变的典型特点。设计并运用了6种术式来纠正骨关节畸形,限制踝关节的过度背伸与加强跖屈肌力。认为通过个案研究与分析病人情况,了解影响疗效的因素,寻找新的方法并合理地计划手术程序,可以达到更大的改进与更好的效果。列出了疗效标准。73例中的48例经半年随访(最长914天)。43例疗效优等,3例良好,2例一般。

IMPROVEMENT OF SURGIC ALTREATMENT OF TALIPES C ALCANEUS DEFORMITY CAUSED BY POLIOMYELITIS

Treatment of paralytic talipes calcaneus is generally considered difficult and unsatisfactory. The authors' experience with 73 cases of talipes calcaneus out of 1397 cases of post-poliomyelitic deformity of extremities, though only preliminary, is encouraging. The characteristic features of bone and joint changes in talipes calcaneus were listed. Six types of operations were designed and employed to correct the bone and joint deformities, limiting hyperdorsiflexion of the ankle and reinforcing plantar-flexion muscle power. It is believed that through individual study and analysis of the patient's condition, with understanding of the factors influencing the therapeutic efficacy, searching for new methods, and logical planning of the operative procedures, further improvement and better results can be achieved. Therefore fusion of the ankle or pan-arthrodesis for treatment of talipes calcaneus, basing on pessimism, should be abandoned and condemned.Criteria for therapeutic efficacy were listed. 48 cases out of 73 cases followed over half a year with the longest 914 days, shortest 180 days. 43 cases listed excellent, 3 good and 2 acceptable results.
