摘    要:以氯甲酸-9-芴甲酯为柱前衍生试剂,对9种单环芳香胺(邻甲苯胺、4-氯邻甲苯胺、苯胺、2,4,5-三甲基苯胺、3-氨基对甲苯甲醚、对氯苯胺、4-氯基联苯、邻氨基苯甲醚、2-萘胺)进行了高效液相色谱分离和定量分析方法研究,对衍生反应的最佳条件进行了摸索,FMOC-Cl对单环芳香胺的衍一反应速度快,衍生物稳定,衍生完全,衍生化明显改善了芳香胺色谱峰的峰形,获得了满意的分离效果。建立了对芳香胺的高效液相

Abstract:Using 9 fluorenylmethylchloroformate(FMOC Cl) as a pre column derivatising agent, nine aromatic amines ( o toluidine, 4 chloro o toluidine, aniline, 2,4,5 trimethylaniline, p cresidine, p chloroaniline, 4 aminodiphenyl, o anisidine, 2 naphthylamine,) are separated and a quantitative analysis method is studied by means of RP HPLC. Derivatising condition is investigated. The derivatising reaction of single ring aromatic amines is fast, derivatising product is stable and derivatising reaction is complete. Chromatographic peak types are modified and satisfactory separations are obtained. The quantitative analysis method of aromatic amines by RP HPLC is established.
