原位聚合纳米FeNi_3/聚苯乙烯复合材料的制备与特性

摘    要:采用固-液反应法制备了纳米FeNi3。将纳米FeNi3与一定量油酸、SDS混合均匀,并分散到苯乙烯(st)单体中,用原位聚合的方法制备了纳米FeNi3/PS复合材料。利用XRD、TEM、FTIR及SEMTG—DSC分别研究了所得纳米FeNi3合金的性能、复合材料的结构及纳米FeNi3在PS中的分散情况。研究结果显示:加压加热的固相反应和液相反应,可制得粒度为65~125nm的具有球形形貌的体心立方纳米FeNi3合金粉体;原位聚合制备的纳米FeNi3/Ps复合材料中纳米FeNi3合金在PS中分散均匀;随着掺杂量的增加,红外振动吸收峰的强度变弱。
