光纤光谱方法快速检测尿液中的有机磷农药生物标志物

摘    要:磷酸二甲酯和磷酸二乙酯是典型的有机磷农药代谢型生物标志物。基于二烷基磷酸酯与二苯基重氮甲烷的作用,建立了一种用光纤光谱方法快速检测有机磷农药代谢型生物标志物的新方法。分别优化了反应介质、时间和温度等试验参数对该检测体系的影响。结果表明,在1.0μg/mL~40μg/mL范围内的磷酸二甲酯和磷酸二乙酯与光信号呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.25μg/mL和0.23μg/mL.方法具有操作简便,分析速度快和灵敏度高等特点,我们应用于尿液的分析。

Abstract:Dimethylphosphate and Diethylphosphate are considered as typical biomarkers of organphosphorus pesticides.A new and fast method for the determination of dialkylphosphates has been developed by fiber-optical spectroscopy based on the color reaction with dialkylphosphates and diphenyl diazomethane.Reaction media,temperature and time of the derivatization were investigated.The results showed that the light signals are linearly with the concentration of DAP in the range from 1.0 to 40μg/mL.The detection limits(S/N=3) of dimethylphosphate and diethylphosphate were 0.25μg/mL and 0.23μg/mL.This proposed method was successfully applied in urine with the character of easy,sensitive and fast.
