| 摘 要： | 人发中锌、铜、铁、钙、铅的含量在一定程度上能够代表其在人体中含量的实际水平。且人发具有取材方便，容易分析的优点，由此建立了原子吸收法测量人发中锌、铜、铁、钙、铅含量的方法，并详细叙述了实验方法与实验过程。

| Abstract: | According to that the contents of zinc, copper, iron, calcium and lead in human hair can represent the actual level of their contents in human body and that human hair is easy to obtain and analyze, this paper establishes the method of measuring the content of the trace elements in human hair with atomic absorption Spectrophotometry, and describes in detail the test methods and test processes. |
