以人为本是科学发展观的灵魂和核心,是加强高职院校学生德育工作的指导思想。坚持以人为本就是始终把培养人才作为学校的根本任务,坚持以学生为中心、以教师为主体,牢固确立"一切为了学生、为了一切学生、为了学生一切"的思想,大力推进素质教育,把教会学生做人、做事,帮助学生成长、成才作为高职院校一切工作的出发点和落脚点。

People-centered is the soul and the core of scientific concept of development, and also the guiding ideology of moral education to vocational colleges. To adhere to people-centered means to consider cultivating talents as the fundamental task of the school. To adhere to student-centered and teachers as the main body, firmly establish the concept of "All for student, for all students, for student all", and vigorously promote quality education, cultivate students how to be good citizens and how to work, help them grow up and be talents, all these should be the starting and the ending points of all works for vocational colleges.
