温差电器件的传热分析

摘    要:温差电器件是热电转换系统的核心部件。为了提高热电转换系统的效率并优化其输出功率和电压,详细分析了温差电器件的热阻网络,根据热电效应、热力学与电学理论建立了温差电器件的传热模型。利用此模型可以分析温差电器件的结构对其输出功率、电压及效率的影响,并着重分析了热电偶的长度和截面积对温差电器件性能的影响。通过数值分析表明,其功率随着热电偶的长度的减小和截面积的增大而明显增大,而最大热电转换效率逐渐缓慢减小。这可以为温差电器件或各种热电转换系统的优化设计提供参考与指导。

Abstract:Thermoelectric device is a core component of thermoelectric conversion system. In this paper, to improve the efficiency of thermoelectric conversion system and to optimize its output power and voltage, the thermal resistance network was analyzed and heat transfer model of thermoelectric device was established according to thermoelectric effect, thermodynamics and electricity theories. The model can be used to evaluate the effects of structure of thermoelectric device on its output power, voltage and efficiency, and the effects of length and cross-sectional area on its performance were analyzed emphatically. Its power significantly increases but maximum efficiency decreases slowly when its length decreases and cross-sectional area increases by numerical analysis. The results may be used as reference and guidelines for optimization and design of thermoelectric device or various thermoelectric generator.
