摘    要:为提高水轮发电机组转子系统的电磁减载力,充分考虑磁路饱和情况的影响,建立了电磁减载装置的非线性分段等效磁路模型,将粒子群算法应用到该磁路模型的求解中。以HL100-LJ-210水电机组为实例,分析了其电磁减载力随电路的变化规律。通过有限元法验证了该计算方法的可行性;利用该方法对磁路饱和情况进行估计;并针对装置存在的磁饱和问题提出了相应的解决措施,有效地提高了电磁减载力,为改善水轮发电机组推力轴承运行条件提供了理论依据。

Load Reduction Analysis for Rotor System of Hydro-generator Set Based on Nonlinear Equivalent Magnetic Circuit
Abstract:In order to improve the electromagnetic load reduction force for rotor system of hydro-generator set, the effects of magnetic saturation are considered, the nonlinear equivalent magnetic circuit model is established for electromagnetic load reduction device, the particle swarm algorithm is employed to solve the magnetic circuit model, and HL100-LJ-210 hydro-generator unit is taken as an example, the electromagnetic load forces are analyzed. Compered with the finite element results, the feasibility of the calculation method is verified; This method also could be used to assess the magnetic saturation degree, and corresponding measures are puts forward the to solve the existing device of magnetic saturation, which effectively improve the bearing capacity of electromagnetic load reduction device, which provide theoretical basis for improving the operating conditions of thrust bearing for hydro-generator set.
