摘    要:该实验先合成端羟基聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS),然后在催化剂的作用下使ε-己内酯开环,再与预先合成的端羟基PBS反应,通过改变BS与ε-己内酯的配比,合成系列PBS与ε-己内酯的无规共聚物.利用1H-NMR、FT-IR、特性粘数测定,吸水率和水降解测试等方法对共聚物的组成结构和降解性能进行研究.通过1H-NMR、FT-IR确认了产物为预期产物;通过对不同配比样品的特性粘数进行测试,表明当BS∶CL为8∶2时,样品的特性粘数最大;样品的吸水率和水降解测试说明随着CL组分的增加,共聚物的吸水性和失重率得到了提高.

Abstract:In the thesis, biodegradable copolymers were prepared by polycondensation method from succinic acid, 1,4-butanediol, e-caprolactone. The copolymers were characterized by means of H-NMR, FT- IR, the water absorption, hydrolytic degradation and the inherent viscosity. The chemical structure was identified to be the expected by FT-IR and 1~H-NMR. The effect of feed molar ratio on the inherent viscosity of copolymers was researched. When the ratio of BS and ε-CL was 8:2, the inherent viscosity of copolymer reached the maximum. The results of the water absorption and hydrolytic degradation tests showed that water absorption and weight loss of copolymers improved when the content of e-CL increased.
