旅游资源开发与保护中几个主要问题的探析

当前,旅游资源开发方面存在的主要的问题是:有限的资源面临着旅游市场迅速扩张的巨大压力,而重复建设和盲目粗放式开发更加重了资源供需失衡;资源开发从人文景观资源转向自然生态资源,资源的保护与开发就成为一对难解的矛盾;旅游经济高速增长与僵化陈旧体制并存,开发机制有待转换,管理水平有待提高.本文试就这些问题,来探讨旅游资源合理开发利用的正确途径.

Some Issues Regarding Developing and Preserving Tourism Resources

At present,the major problems in developing tourism resources are: Limited resources under enormous pressure from rapid expansion of tourism;the imbalance of supply and demand of resources in repeated and blind construction of extensive type;and the development of resources turning from human cultural sights to the ecological.Therefore,preserving and developing of tourism resources has become a matter of contrariety difficult to resolve.On the one hand,tourism economy grows at a top rate and on the other,we still have a rigid and outmoded system.So our mechanism of development needs a shift and our managerial level wants a lift.This essay probes into the correct routes of sensible exploitation of tourism resources.
