| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨难治性化脓性中耳炎的原因。方法 :查阅、分析、归纳总结有关文献。结果 :难治性中耳炎与下列因素明显有关 :①细菌发生变异和产生耐药性 ;②中耳腔内脓液引流不畅 ;③咽鼓管功能障碍。结论 :治疗难治性中耳炎必须注意上述因素。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the cause of intractable suppurative otiti s media.Method:To study,analyse and sum up the relative literatures.Results:It obviously connects with three factors:the first is tolerance of drug and variability of bacteria;the second is suppuration is not be extracted from middle ear cavity;the third is disfunction of Eustachian.Conclusion:The results of this study showthat the treatment of intractable suppurative otitis media include multifactors,and more attention should be paid to these factors. |
