论成人高校学报学术质量的内在影响因素及其对策

成人高校（以下简称“成高”）的学报定位与办刊理念、办刊模式、办刊条件在很大程度上影响着学报的学术质量，影响着学报特色的形成。学报编辑部必须树立科学发展观，针对制约学报学术质量提高的各种影响因素，发挥主观能动性，积极采取各种切实有效的对策，通过长期不懈的努力，促进学报学术质量的不断提高。
