摘    要:利用三相静止坐标到同步旋转坐标的变换技术(dq变换),建立了dq坐标系上TSMC系统的稳态数学模型(dq模型),推导了TSMC电压增益、有功功率、无功功率、网侧输入功率因数角等特性的解析表达式,并利用开关模型仿真对dq模型的正确性进行了验证.在此基础上以15开关电路TSMC为例,绘制了其有功功率、无功功率、网侧输入功率因数角的特性曲线,分析了滤波参数、负载及控制变量对功率特性的影响,得出了一些有意义的结论,分析结论对于TSMC系统的设计和控制具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:The steady model of two-stage matrix converter (TSMC) based on dq frame was set up by frame transformation. The analytic formulas of voltage gain, active power, reactive power and line input power factor angle were derived, and the correctness of dq steady model was verified by switch model simulation. Taking 15 switches TSMC as an example, its characteristics curves of active power, reactive power and line input power factor angle were plotted by MATLAB, and the influence on these steady state performance by filter parameters, load and control variables were analyzed, which is theoretically significant to design and control of TSMC system.
