基于惯量张量的车轮平衡块的力学分析

摘    要:该文为高速转动的汽车车轮建立力学模型,然后基于惯量张量研究了动不平衡带来的附加力.通过计算一个实例,发现动不平衡对轮轴的附加力可达车轮自重的40倍;探讨了车轮平衡块对提高汽车驾驶舒适性、安全性的重要意义,并给出几点消除或减小动不平衡影响的建议.

Analysis of the mechanics of wheel balance block based on inertia tensor
Abstract:The automobile wheel high--speed rotating mechanical model is established,and then based on the inertia tensor of the additional stress caused by dynamic unbalance.Through the calculation of an example,it is found that the additional stress caused by dynamic unbalance might be 40 times the weight of wheelIThen we discussed the importance of the wheel balance block improving driving comfort,safety,and also give some advice to eliminate or reduce the influence of dynamic unbalance advice.
