| 摘 要： | 从挟带推移质的水流能量平衡方程出发，引入Meyer-Peter和Muller推移质输沙率公式，推导了挟带推移质的动平整床面阻力系数公式，实测资料对公式验证的结果表明，该公式具有一定的精度，可用于实际问题的计算。

| Abstract: | Based on the energy balance equation of flow containing bed load, and by use of the Meyer Peter and Muller bed load equation, a flow resistance equation for movable plane bed is derived. Verification with measured data shows that the equation is of a certain accuracy, and can be used for practical calculation. |
