| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept of the rational distribution of the water resources,expounds the present situation of the water ecological environment of the Fenhe River valley,analyzes on the effect of the rational distribution of the water resources on the improvement of the ecological environment,and puts forward some countermeasures for the water and soil conservation and the ecological construction. |
